Charlie Strickland
Founder + CEO
I founded Enabler Entertainment after a 35-year career in corporate finance. While that professional background provided the technical foundation for starting this company, it was my broader experience building a long-term, self-directed professional life that shaped how I define success. Sustaining a career over decades requires discipline, consistency, adaptability, and the ability to remain committed through uncertainty, setbacks, and failure. Those principles informed my approach to leadership and helped me maintain perspective and resilience when others around me burned out or lost direction.
Enabler was founded on a core set of values: Ethics, Integrity, Excellence, and Success. These values are intentionally ordered. Ethical behavior and integrity in decision-making and execution are non-negotiable and essential to the long-term viability of the organization. The purpose of this company is service. Our success is directly tied to the success of the individuals and organizations we support. We believe progress is collective. We succeed together, or not at all.
Throughout my career, I have benefited from generous mentors, trusted colleagues, and principled leaders who invested their time and knowledge in me. I owe much of what I have achieved to those relationships. Enabler exists, in part, to pass that knowledge forward. We recognize that no one builds anything of lasting value alone. We stand on the shoulders of those who came before us, and we aim to do our part by helping others build sustainable, meaningful, and successful ventures.
