“I founded Enabler Entertainment after a 35-year career in corporate finance. And while it would make sense that the business experience I accumulated during that career prepared me for starting this company, it was actually my life in the music business that provided the basis of a successful professional life. I have been a working professional musician for over 40 years now. Music is many things, but mostly it’s hard. It’s hard to be proficient, it’s hard to work consistently, and it is very hard to continue to love, often in the face of setbacks and failures. Like any relationship it takes a lot of commitment, perseverance, and forgiveness. Those attributes helped me keep a healthy perspective about my life and career when others around me flamed out.

I founded Enabler on a core set of values: Ethical, Integrity, Excellence, Success. Those words were positioned in a very specific order. Ethical behavior and Integrity in decision making, and actions, is imperative to me, and to our survival as an organization. The soul of this company is service to others. Our success has a linear correlation to the success of the people we serve. We succeed together, or we fail alone.

I have been fortunate to have great, selfless friends and mentors in my life, people to whom I owe everything. I now have a chance to pass on what I have learned, and hopefully help others succeed by doing so. We all stand on the shoulders of those that came before us. Music is emotional, and spiritual, and important. We are here to give back to an art form that has meant so much to so many. We are here to Enable.”
